Rooted in the heart of Jammu, Aydemy Foundation is a grassroots NGO committed to empowering marginalized communities through education, skill-building, and healthcare. What began as a vision is now a movement transforming thousands of lives.

Our Founding Story

Aydemy Foundation was born from lived experiences of inequality, lack of access, and untapped potential. Witnessing the struggles of rural youth and women firsthand, our founder set out to bridge the gap with community-driven programs. What started with a few learning centers in Jammu has now grown across multiple states, uplifting lives one village at a time.

At Aydemy Foundation, our journey began with a deep conviction — that every individual, regardless of their background, deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, learn with purpose, and lead with confidence.

What started as a simple desire to serve has grown into a movement of compassion and empowerment. Our foundation stands for more than just support — we stand for transformation. Through our focused efforts in Skill Development & Livelihoods, Women Empowerment, Child Education & Development, Healthcare & Wellbeing, and Community & Social Welfare, we strive to open doors for those who have long been overlooked.

As the founder, I am both proud and humbled by the thousands of lives we’ve impacted — and the trust placed in us by our communities and partners. This work is not easy, but it is essential. And with each challenge, we grow stronger in our mission.

At Aydemy Foundation, we are building more than programs — we are building pathways to opportunity, equity, and sustainable impact. Our mission is bold, but necessary: to transform lives at the grassroots level by equipping individuals with the tools, skills, and support they need to succeed.

In today’s world, social change cannot happen in silos. It requires collaboration, innovation, and long-term commitment. As Director, I see it as our responsibility to not only design impactful initiatives, but to ensure they reach the last mile — be it through strategic partnerships with government, CSR initiatives, or direct community engagement.

Our work across five core areas is designed to create a ripple effect — where every empowered woman, every skilled youth, and every educated child becomes a catalyst for broader community transformation.
